This project start with a personal observation, I noticed that papers were always lying around the house, and that this was a recurring problem for a lot of people. So I started to look into more detail what the real problem was, and a new project began.

I interviewed a lot of families and people who are starting to work, each of them of course had their own way of sorting the papers, which were all very different from person to person. Sorting was done in binders, pockets, piles... and of course in different places in the home.

Their are everywhere
I noticed that there were some people who were very organized and others who were less so, but for different reasons, sorting was still a chore for them...
During this research 2 principal users came up with their own problems

Families with children who are still of school age, and have a lot of deadlines in addition to the usual administration

Just begin to work and discover the joys of sorting he’s first administrative paper
Because he discovers new paper he doesn’t know what he should need to keep and for how long
Moreover because it’s his beginning with sorting paper, he does not have a diagram to follow, witch documents will arrive so a bit hard to creat categories.
Solution requirements
Clear visibility
Visibility of the current documents that you have to deal with, documents that you already have, and those that you don't need anymore.
Customizable
we all have our own way of organizing, which helps us remember better. It's hard to have to use a model that already exists and taht doesn't suit us.
Acces to your documents anywhere & locate them
We often find ourselves in a situation where we become aware that we need a specific paper and have no idea if we have it and where is it.
Relieves the person who sorts
Usually one person is in charge of sorting the papers because they know where they are, in which folder, in which place... It's their own mental pattern.
Introducing
Start
First the app will ask you if you are already sorting you documents, and according this factors you will be guide through the main menu while building the foundation.
Visibility on everything
The home screen is the first interface, so it should give a quick access to your daily needs.

Because the user have mains categories of paper that he need to deal with oftentimes
Deadlines
During the week, the month we need to fill, send, post, copy, print documents. And it's easy to forget them during our daily routine
Obsolete docs
Here you will find those who you don't need anymore and can be deleted.

Naturally your library is accessible from the home page
Website account connexion
You can link accounts that you use often in order to sort the digitale bills.
Classification
One you add a document the app help you to find the most suitable place.
The first step is to register the name, and then the deadline and until when do you want to keep it if there are necessary.
The app will automatically detect which kind of document it is, and will tell you in witch case it's useful to keep it, for how long, particularly case ...
link the digital & the physical
This app is not like the other solutions that exist on the current market. Your physical document will be as easy to find in your house as they are in your phone.
