Team project — In collaboration with Staub®

The Staub® company wanted to diversify its product range and establish itself in a new market where enamelled cast iron dishes are not yet present. The came to us with this brief:
Analyse new culinary trends and find the opportunities for the Staub brand while respecting their knowhow in the field of foundry.
As this brief was not precise enough, we had to do an heavy research and analysis work on the Staub® company, in order to come with precise insight and a clear re-brief.

We were really close to the Staub team during the project, they really gave us all the information required to carry out this project.
We had the chance to visit the entire foundry of Staub, and had a closer look on how their products are made in order to incorporate them in our creative phase.

The solution needs to
This service will allow the user to have acces to a large choice of high range products for an attractive price, with the possibility of acquiring the product after a certain period of time, at a price that remains competitive. Morover since the cast iron product lasts for life It's a very profitable business plan.
" This is an interesting and solide proposition, but we're more focused on creating a product for early next year."
The idea here is to be able to cook a whole dish in a single Staub product. Thanks to the different layers the user will be able to do all the cooking he wants to do. This means that you don't have to buy a whole range of products, you don't need to have 36 dishes in your cupboards, you save money, you save place as the same time that you keep the quality.
